Weight loss to ovulate ?

Can taking off some weight help you ovulate ? I have pcos and don’t ovulate. I do have regular periods. I only have high testosterone and I’m overweight. Can weight loss help me naturally ovulate ?

I think it is different for everyone. My doctors always blamed my weight for irregular periods and told me I have pcos. I have since then lost 60 pounds and my periods are still very irregular. I hear all the time that loosing weight helps but unfortunately not for me.
