Why am i so emotional?

I went to visit my Gyno for my yearly, we also discussed pregnancy and how it’s going. So she sent me for blood work & an ultrasound. Everything she did came back normal but my AMH level is elevated and my ultrasound sound scattered follicles. She said “don’t worry it’s common in pcos well up your metformin which should help you get pregnant a little faster.” I’ll be honest, I’m worrying because who wouldn’t be. We’ve only been trying for 6 months so it’s not even that long. But is anyone familiar with this? I’m just overly emotional today haha.
