So, I JUST purchased these after seeing nothing but good reviews about them. Anybody with PCOS use these and find some type of relief with symptoms? I have insulin resistance pcos but not diabetic. My blood sugar is normally at 80ish while fasting but my doctor is pushing medication on me and I just never been a fan of anything besides Tylenol lol. I tried metformin and it did bring my cycle on but the stomach pain was a no. Any feedback is welcomed 😀 I also suffer with extreme anxiety and depression since delivering my still born last April 😢 and I feel like since then my pcos got worse. I am also severely deficient in vitamin D.
