Morning sickness what to eat?

I recently just started getting really sick my energy is beyond low, and I have completely lost my appetite, all though I am hungry. What do you suggest me eating ??

When I’m feeling the worst I mostly can only tolerate fries or dry Honey Nut Cheerios 😂 then if I can get slightly better I am able to try and eat real food.

Smoothies saved me with my first pregnancy. Frozen fruit, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. It was cold, refreshing, and filling. It was on the bland side, but honestly, that’s what I needed.
