Exercising more and eating more

I’ve recently amped up my exercise game. I’m burning around 1,000 calories in my waking hours. Which means I’m hungrier.

I’ve been eating more bananas and peanut butter (because that’s what my body has been craving honestly). Are those good foods?

Other good food suggestions? I like fruit a lot. Also I’ve been snacking on goat cheese, but sometimes I feel the need for carbs too. I have a kind of mainstream diet so nothing too.... sprouty lol.
