Went in for my first ob apt. I am 6 weeks according to lmp. Doc did the routine pap, breast exam etc. she sent me an order to go get a transvaginal ultrasound AND THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT IM HAVING TWINS. Both have their own sac and placenta. I almost passed out. I was alone so I had to FaceTime my husband. Babies are measuring 5w 5d. Baby A heartbeat was 90 and baby B was 70. I'm worried about baby B heart rate but she told me normally you don't see the heartbeat this early so I guess that's good. This is so scary and exciting at the same time. Anyone carrying twins or have twins that can send advice or help
