How do you mamas do it?

Tonight is the first night my 2 year old daughter and her brother (3 months) are in their own room. I cannot sleep with the anxiety.

We've tried letting her sleep on her own in the past but we had not been successful (she never stopped crying every time she woke up)

My son has been doing well in the co sleep near our bed so we decided to put him in his cot and her in her toddler bed.

Her crying and calling us was the worst.😭😭

He was distributed for a bit but went back to sleep.

Any advice and words of encouragement welcome 😌
