Had spotting on and off for a couple days and mild cramping which I convinced myself was the normal inplantation stuff. Today I've had bad lower back pain and cramping has been worse and bought me to tears and more spotting throughout the day so im going to hospital to see if they can tell me anything. Feeling very down and negative. I hope it's not miscarriage but I have a feeling it's bad news like I did with my last. Send me luck 😢
