Hello! I would really appreciate any advice anyone has on period cramps. I’m a 13 year old girl and I got my period around the age of 11. The first two years (or so) of my period were fine although I’ve always had a heavy flow and would get occasional cramps.About 4 months ago, I got cramps so severe that I ended up having to go to the hospital because I thought I had appendicitis. At the hospital they found a 2cm ovarian cyst, not appendicitis. My period ever sense then have been terrible. My cramping pain is debilitating some weeks, my flow is heavy, I get really nauseous and get PMS. The cramps are so bad sometimes I can’t walk and Advil does nothing. This cycle, I have been in bad cramping pain for 4 days straight. On my period I always either have constipation or diarrhea. I think that I check almost every symptom for endometriosis but I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I know this was a long note, thank you for reading it. I would really appreciate any help or insight on endometriosis or bad cramping. I can answer questions as well. Thank you!
