Feeling like I'm being pushy?

Hey ladies,
So me and my partner got engaged a couple of months ago and having our wedding in October..  trick is being that he still hasn't got a divorce yet after being separated for 2 years.. I have asked him that it'd make me feel better if it was done a while before we get married but I don't want to come across pushy as I know this is his business.. any advice ladies?

He can’t legally marry you if he is still married to someone else, can he?

That’s not pushy that’s handling your business
Which it is your business now that your engaged and the fact that you are with him period 
I would not be making any dates or plans to marry until it’s done for good
If you do and he isn’t divorced you won’t get any of your money back
So you need to have a good conversation with him
Personally I don’t think anyone should be asking someone to marry them if they are still married to someone else because that’s just messy

That’s your business now too..... divorces can take a little while to be completely processed so I’d get on it ASAP.

I personally would never even be engaged with someone who isn’t legally divorced yet... what is he waiting for??? Definitely your Business and you should ask him about it
