So I heard the woman has to lay down for 15 minutes after bd to help the sperm swim in a steady direction. I got up right after and now an hour later I’m leaking sperm out on my underwear? I also see it’s complete bogus and it doesn’t matter.
I hope I didn’t do anything to affect my chances of ttc =\ today was my 1st day on my ttc 2nd cycle
