I am very nervous to miscarry. I am trying to not get too excited but it's so hard.  I have had several friends that have miscarried.  I know there is always a chance and the chance is lower after the first trimester. I am 5 week tomorrow and vey thrilled and have been waiting and wanting a precious baby but very scared to loose it.   Any advice?  What are the symptoms?
