Insight..

I guess I just need some insight... advice.. anything... I went to the ER last night side pain, not anything crazy, but I read sign of ectopic is insane pain in the shoulder, I’ve had what I thought was a kink in my neck for two weeks now (supposed to be 6 week pregnant today) and they took my HCG and said I was only at 369, and they didn’t see anything on the ultrasound, not even in my tubes... so she said I might of ovulated late, causing me to be way earlier than what we thought and to do a follow up, which I’m at now scheduled for 6:50..

anything like this happen to anybody else and it be okay? A couple days or weeks later a healthy baby? I’m so beyond stressed right now I know it’s not helping...
