16, pregnant and nowhere to live, UK?

I'm 16 and I was homeless before I found out I was pregnant (3 days ago) and have been house hopping since I found out but I wanted to know if anyone else in the UK has been in my position and what they had offered for them. I'm already receiving income support as I am still in full-time education at college, I have a social worker (because of my homelessness already and she knows) and I am with my baby's father. His mum found out 2 days ago but didn't say much and we haven't spoke about it with her since but hopefully we will when I find out and tell her how far along I am next Monday. On the off chance I may be able to move in here if she says it's okay, but if that's not the case I need to know what my other options are...?
