Pregnancy and sertraline, advise please?

I was after some advise please.
I'm taking sertraline (antidepressants) and I was wondering if anyone took them throughout pregnancy and had a healthy pregnancy?
I lost my son last year before 20 weeks pregnant and I'm so worried about losing another baby. I was not taking antidepressants through his pregnancy.
But we are desperate for our 🌈❤️

My OB said it was safe I take 75mg

OB said it’s safe and best SSRI to take while pregnant. Said she would rather have a happy mom than an anxious one!

I take 100mg. The only thing was that my son was jittery for a few days after birth. Otherwise no problems with it. Your mental health is extremely important!

Yes I took them through pregnancy and still taking them while breastfeeding. Very healthy baby

Yes i took Zoloft 25mg with my first pregnancy and my son was born big for his gestational age and is a very bright sweet boy. He’s 1 1/2 now. Just know that they can go through slight withdrawals from it when they are born but they don’t last long and normally don’t cause problems. Sertraline is the safest anti-depressant you can take while pregnant. If you feel like you want to get off of it while prego, def taper very very slowly and stop if you feel you need to. What does your doc think about the situation?
