Trigger warning.

Long story.

I’m suppose be to 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I’ve had cramps since I found out I was pregnant. I started super light brown discharge last Sunday. It turned a little pink on Thursday. My doctor gave me a transvaginal ultrasound on Thursday. They found a heartbeat of 117 and baby was there. They said the baby was measuring a week behind what I thought. I don’t think I got my dates wrong by a week because I was actively tracking. They said blood was normal and don’t worry unless bright red. Friday morning, I woke up and it was bright red and clots. I went to the ER. They did blood work and everything was normal. They tested my urine and I had a mild UTI, gave me antibiotics. He did an exam and couldn’t find source of bleeding and said he couldn’t see any new clots just old ones. He said my cervix was closed. They repeated ultrasound. Found heartbeat or 113. Said baby looked perfect. Agreed it was measuring behind a week (which puts me at 6 weeks today) but they were not concerned at all. They labeled it a threatened miscarriage and told me to take it easy. Not to come back unless I was filing up pads like crazy. Today’s Saturday and I’m having some slightly rough period like cramps. Bleeding still fluctuates to brown to red. Since yesterday, I’m passing so many blood clots. I’m so scared and worried. Any advice or similar stories would appreciated, whether they are positive or negative. Thank you.
