Does anyone know if the c-panty works?

I am having a cesarean and want to heal better this time around. I have heard of the c-panty but it just looks difficult to deal with after a cesarean. And it's expensive for only one.

I thought about getting them too, but I think I'm just gonna do the belly band thing. My sister gave me one. I didn't use it with my last 2, but I think I might give it a try this time.

Someone on here mentioned depends underwear weird I know but sanitary and u just throw them away.. cheaper alternative
