We did clomid and iui back in October & we were successful!!!!

You'll do a baseline. Blood test, ultra sound and he'll probably make you an appt to have an HSG (Google) it. Probably have a sperm analysts done if there's a husband/boyfriend involved. One all test come back you'll move forward from there.

Today is my first appointment also. I'm so nervous even though I'm excited to know what is really going on. I been with my husband for 14 years 7 of them being married and actively trying. Good luck to you and hope all you question get an answer.

Be prepared to go thru a full health history! Lots of questions about you and your partners health, how your cycles were before trying to conceive, potentially some lab work, and possibly a vaginal ultrasound! We had our initial consult about a week and a half ago! We had started a cycle of clomid and iui with an ob-gyn before the consult, so we are waiting to know if that worked before proceeding the more testing and the plan with our fertility specialist!
