Low sperm count

Hi ladies. I feel devastated, my husbands results from his semen analysis was abnormally low sperm count. They’re telling me the details Monday. Has anyone gone through this and still got a BFP? If so, what we’re steps you took. We had a miscarriage 17 months ago so I believe he can get me pregnant but I’m super super devastated about the likeliness of that happening. Pls help 😭 my doctor just said to have him retest in 3 months, but no suggestions on how to fix it or next steps
