I should be just over 4 weeks pregnant, had 2 postive tests last week. I've been experiencing light cramping on and off for a few days now. And today I started bleeding. Not just spotting, but bleeding like the beginning of a period. Trying not to freak out, but I'm out of town and can't get to my doctor until at least a couple more days. Has anyone experienced this and still carried a baby to full-term or should I start preparing for the worst? :(
