?Stomach bug/PMS/pregnant?

I’m currently 9dpo(tracked with cm) and 2days ago I had an awful headache,severe nausea, and vomiting. Well I’ve felt nauseous every since and has had a strong since of smell I’ve noticed smelling thing very strongly like it’s under my nose and my husband couldn’t smell it. Like garlic in a restaurant for example. My boobs aren’t really sore but my left nipple is very  sensitive. I could go on and on about all the things I’m feeling right now but I just know 9dpo is really early. And ideas/comments on what you think it might be.
