IVF or IUI

Just got my results back for my progesterone. I had my second IUI 6 days ago. My progesterone was only 5 :( I did Femara and the trigger shot. Is there any hope for IUI working this month? And is my next step IVF if I’m not ovulating with medications with IUI?
