30 weeks and 3 days decreased movement
I’m probably just freaking out over nothing but just to ease my mind....is it normal to have less movement at this point?? this is my 4th baby, 2nd with an anterior placenta but I feel like my doctor has been stressing me at every apt to count kicks and make sure I feel at least 10 moves within a 2 hour span, which I don’t remember him telling me multiple times in past pregnancies. Not that I don’t take it seriously but I never really count or worry about it because she’s always moving...I’ve been really busy deep cleaning my whole house (nesting lol) the last few days and it just hit me that I haven’t been feeling her as much. Now I’m sitting here letting it get to my head, I laid down to count and she moved once within about 40 minutes so I went and ate a bowl of oatmeal and felt her a few times but it just doesn’t seem as frequent as it was before....what can cause decreased movements and when do you freak out? Like should I be worried now or maybe just count all of her movements tomorrow? Also, I have a 1 year old who is teething and lately will not go to sleep unless hes on my chest...which is suffocates me to be on my back long, but several times throughout my pregnancy I have woken up on my back and felt terrible and in pain from it. Could that hurt her or cause decreased movements?
