Long term partner assaulted me?

So we’ve been a great couple over the past few years besides a couple hiccups. We talk about

Children and marriage and our future together and I’m excited to spend it with him.

But last night we were drinking with his mates and we both got extremely drunk but me more so. I hadn’t eaten that day so my body didn’t handle the alcohol very well.

Around 6am after drinking until 1am I woke up feeling still very drunk and barely conscious.

I must have moved around or something because my partner went from cuddling me to touching my chest and rubbing vagina. He went down on me and eventually had sex with me until he finished. During this whole ordeal I was going in and out of consciousness and didn’t move or make a noise.

The night before I was talking about him using me like a sex item sometimes being hot and we had very rough sex and that was amazing. Idk if I gave the wrong message with the previous sexy talk but it just doesn’t feel right to me
