I woke up yesterday to some brown spotting on my pantyliner. It continued for most of the day but now today seems to have stopped. It never turned bright red or got worse.

I’ve had three miscarriages that were all very different, but the second one started just like this, except it progressed and by day two I was bleeding lots of bright red and passing clots. Today, nothing.

Has anyone else had this happen and had it turn out ok?? Random brown spotting isn’t something I’ve experienced before. I emailed my OB but since it’s the weekend probably won’t be able to get in until Tuesday. Thank you for any insight ladies!
