What age did you start sleep training?

My daughters 5 months, 15 lbs. is it safe to start? Can she go all night without food?

Babies can biologically make it through the night without milk at about 6 months. Adults can biologically make it 3 days without water.

I started sleep training at 5 mo and night weaning around 6.5 mo. Sleep training and night weaning are two different things, so you can sleep train now and night wean later

And yes she can go all night my daughter has been sleeping through the night without feeds since 3.5 months old a solid 12 hours just have to make sure she gets in her feeds during the day
