Sharp pain/spasms lower abdomen?
I am 5 weeks 1 day and randomly had a couple sharp pains in my lower abdomen about an hour ago. Now they feel almost like muscle spasms and they come and go. But it is still concerning to me. No cramping and no bleeding or spotting. Has anyone else experienced this?
