Infected nipple

Hey ladies I need some advice,

I have recently had some horrific nipple trauma / nipple fissure and it’s now getting infected. I have antibiotics for it and a cream for thrush just in case but I’m really struggling to get a letdown from that side when expressing and feeding from the right side is just to painful. Because I’m not having a letdown I’m ending up with a super lumpy breast and it’s hurting really bad. Does anyone have any tips to heal the nipple quicker or any advice on emptying the breast properly.
