I had a close contact witj someone who's positive. should i get tested asap? or should i isolate first for 14 days? I have no symptoms.

Answer

14 Day quarantine is still recommended by CDC though your local health department may have a different requirement.  CDC  says you might be able to shorten it to 7 days if you test negative on day 5 (or later) after exposure.  So getting tested after 5 days might be a good idea. 
Regardless, they say be on the watch for ANY symptoms for a full 14 days - even if you tested negative.
