Miscarriage or normal period?

Does this look like normal period blood or possibly a miscarriage? I was 6 days late, but cramped really bad everyday and then started my period today, but my cramps are worse and blood looks different than usual.

If you didn't get a positive pregnancy test I'd just consider it a period

No positive pregnancy test then no miscarriage that's just a normal period. It's normal to pass clots
