Truth is i gave birth through CS and I was cleared by gynecologist that I have healed and no infection

By 8weeks I started using a waist trainer

(2days ago actually) now lumps of blood started gushing out

It started with small stains when I wipe

Now it’s a bit much for concern

What should I do please ?

Here’s the color when I wipe 🤦🏽‍♀️😫

I’m scared to Contact my doctor for fear of what he may say
