Hey, I been trying to get pregnant for about 2 months now and been having sex without protection frequently, I’ve been having loads of symptoms but had a negative test so went for a blood test and waiting for the results, I think I really am pregnant but today I had spotting quite heavy, my period isn’t due for over a week so this is random it’s always on time...

Do you think this could be spotting?

I’ve read that sometimes spotting can vary from light to heavy but won’t last as long as a usual period. Someone please help!
