Boobs in excruciating pain 😣

Congrats on your pregnancy and hope baby is treating you well 🤞🏻
I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My boobs have been extra sensitive and painful. I’ve even noticed some little lumps on both breasts where most painful.
Anyone else experiencing this? Not sure if I should see a doc about this or if it’s normal. I don’t remember it being this bad in my first pregnancy.
