Anyone get an ultra sound this early? I'm now worried

So I was off on my dates when I took my hpt thought I was further along. Anyway I saw the dr. Today and she got me excited to do an ultrasound and they said I'm measuring about  5mm gestational sac and maybe 4-5 weeks along. The tech couldn't see anything else right now. I have a blood test tomorrow but I left feeling like there might be something wrong :(

Thanks for the comments and reassurance. With my first i didn't have an ultra sound until 12 weeks (11 years ago). Im just scared now but I'll keep the chat updated when I go back on the 8th. I still have increased symptoms my boobs hurt so bad.

I did but they did a transvaginal ultrasound.

Heart develops at the sixth week. You’re probably slightly further along than they think

It’s normal not to see anything this early. By 7-8 weeks you’re able to see a little tiny babe in there!

Totally normal to not see much right now! Heart develops usually around 6 weeks, so you’ve still got time for baby to grow! Early ultrasounds are scary, but now you know that baby is in the right spot in your uterus. Hang in there momma! 💕💕

Update i just received my ultra sound and there's a little baby in there with a heart beat! Thank you all for the encouragement!

Slight update: I got a call from my doctors nurse today and she confirmed my blood test as pregnant and of course i was still confused and emotional about the early ultra sound like is there something wrong? She said don't worry and don't listen to the ultra sound tech and enjoy being pregnant and everything should be fine at the next appointment. I've been trying not to stress the u/s on the 8th but ill be sure to share the news.
