Tore in 2-3 spots with my son, and only 1 spot with my daughter. 
All were first degree tears. It burned to pee after having my first, but this time around (just had her 6w ago) I healed up quite fast with no peeing pain (THANK GOD.. cause that shit is the worst)

If your meaning vaginal tearing there is zero reason you would tear vaginally if having a csection bc that is threw the stomach. If you mean at your c section entry site if your tear your probably over doing it honestly
