I had been on pill BC for nearly 7 years and just in the last year I became severely depressed. Now since I'm married I went off the pill and I feel like a whole new person!

I suffer from mental illness, so for me, being on BC made me suicidal.

I have the complete opposite. I felt great on birth control and now that I've been off I'm depressed and fatigue all the time.

I knew for sure it was making me depressed when i started to feel suicidal for the first time in years. I switched methods and got on mood stabilizers and I'm better now.

The patch works much better for me now.
