Concerns about my loss.

I am 13 years old. My height is 5’3 and I am 150 lbs.

However my body is luckily proportioned in a way that makes people think I way less, my legs are huge, bigger than my dads. (This guy is over 50 and he is over 200 pounds.)

My stomach can get bloated sometimes, but it’s more on the normal side. My bones and muscles are developed closer to my skin then desirable.

I struggle with excerise, but I have been doing portion control. Any tips for a younglin that has self esteem issues and doesn’t wanna alert their parents?
