Spotting 6 weeks after mc

Hi I had my mc weeks ago had to have a mva. Since then I have been spotting for 6 weeks always have to wear a pantyliner. I am still getting faint positives on first response. Scan came back clear just have a thick lining and this should come away. I was prescribed antibiotics. Has anyone else been in the same boat? I just want my period to arrive and move on.
