Can employers see ivf if your on their insurance?

My question is if your employer pays your health care insurance can they see your trying to get ivf? Like can they see why you go to the doctor and stuff?

No. If you are asking because you are beginning IVF though, you are going to have a LOT of appointments. It’s possible to try to schedule them all first thing in the morning but depending on how far your clinic is and how they do things, it could interfere with your work day. If you don’t want them to know you are doing IVF I would definitely make a plan. Unless you have enough sick time to cover some time every other morning for labs/ultrasounds and for the retrieval and transfer.
