Which do you recommend ? - IUD

Ive narrowed my decisions down to these two. Id like to know your experiences with whichever one you’ve had

When I was given this choice I believe it was because of the effective duration of the device. I ended up going with Sklya a 3yr IUD and I believe if I remember correctly Mirena is a 5yr. I chose Skyla because I knew I’d have it only for 2 yrs before trying to become pregnant again. Hope this is helpful.

For myself ~Like I have cooper,but if you want 99% efficiency,go with hormonal IUD ~but hormones =possible side effects,+ the Ius content hormones,+ the sides effects can be difficult.
