Higher appetite while on appetite suppressants

Hi. So I haven't had a chance to sit down with my doctor yet (have my follow up in 3 weeks), but the first 2 days on appetite suppressants I was not hungry at all. I felt completely dizzy and repulsed by any food. Which I guess it was a good sign as it was doing its job. Now I'm on my 3rd-5th day and I'm still feeling super dizzy after taking it in the morning and I also get super dizzy during the day randomly. I am constantly starving and certain food make me nauseous. Today I literally ate a good amount of fish and potatoes at like 4pm because I was starving and then at 9pm I felt dizzy and as if I was dying of starvation.... is this normal???? 🤔
