Vitamin d drops?

My baby is 13 months old. She was formula fed since she was born until 12 months old. Her pediatrician did not recommended any vitamin d drops until 1 year old. Does formula has enough vitamin d? Also Now her legs look like bowed legs. Is it due to insufficient vitamin d. Should i give her vitamin d drops now? She is having whole milk since a month. Your responses matters me a lot.
