Just recently for about a month now I’ve been on birth control pills and decided that I’ll skip the placebo days and go into the next pack so I could miss a period. I successfully missed my period but noticed that I’m having lower back pains and cramps is that normal with no period ? Does this mean I have a cyst or something ? Or is it my body just adjusting? Also do you guys think it’s normal to skip a period, I’ve done research and they’ve said yes but try getting a period every three to four months .
