Tired kiddo?

Anyone else’s LO seem extra sleepy lately? My LO usually sleeps 10 hrs at night then takes a 2 hour nap mid day. Last couple days she has added an extra hour nap in the morning. 
Growth spurt or leap at 14.5 months?

Probably not enough sleep. Maybe add back second nap? My daughter still naps about 3+ hours a day and sleeps 12-13 hours at night.

Normal range for this age is anywhere from 11-14 hours of sleep per day. I wouldn't worry too much. At this age, they're exploring so much more and using their brain a lot more so I feel like it would cause them to be more tired. My LO only sleeps 10-11 hours at night and maybe 1-2 hours for nap. He is perfectly healthy and he let's me know if he's tired. He's always slept on the lower end of the sleep range for his age.

My daughter slept in until 10 this morning and then took a3 hour nap!
