Has anyone tried Letrozole without having PCOS and has conceived? How long did it take to get pregnant? Any side affects? Any input would be greatly appreciated 🙏❤️

I am 39. My periods are regular and I ovulate every month. We got pregnant on our own on the 3rd try last year but I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks right before our wedding in September 💔 (very difficult). Have tried for the first time after miscarriage again last month and didn’t work.

Getting quite depressed and anxious and our fertility doctor wants to put me on Letrozole even though I have no PCOS to expedite the process. I’m very scared of twins with health issues and I’m wondering if my chances are higher since I do ovulate regularly. Also wanna know if the drugs actually make you get pregnant faster than you would on your own.
