Is there different ways to spell the name "Isla"? Maybe with an "A"?

Answer

The only A spelling that gives the same pronunciation is Aisla, which in my opinion has too much of a grocery store aisle connotation. Not at all flattering for a persons name. 
Aela and Aila and Ayla all look like they’d be pronounced with a long A sound instead of a long I sound. They’d rhyme with Layla instead of Lyla. 
I think Eila would work, or Iyla. Either of those looks like the Eye-luh pronunciation to me.
