How do you bottle feed when baby is having a growth spurt and cluster feeding ?

Do you make him the same size bottles? Do you feed on command? How to do it without over feeding him?

Answer

Increase the amount in the bottle.  So if you were feeding 2 oz, and an hour later they’re hungry, try feeding them 2.5 or 3 oz at a time instead.  They cluster at the breast to tell you to bring in more milk but if you’re giving them more milk in a bottle, then they won’t need to cluster feed.  
If you’re exclusively pumping though, you may need to power pump a few times a day to mimic a cluster so your body can keep up pumping for your growing baby xx
