Boobs leaking?

I am 25 weeks & 2 days. I noticed my shirt is wet right by my nipples. My nipples are super dark and super sensitive today. Is it to early for them to leak?

I’m currently 24 weeks 4 days, and I’ve been leaking since about 16 weeks! It’s totally normal!
