I’m 5 weeks postpartum. I got the epidural when I was in labor & right away I got some side effects from it... itchiness, nausea & throwing up as well.

A couple days go by & I started having horrible headaches. I went to my postpartum appointment & my dr said I have epidural headaches & she gave me a prescription for it. Im still having the headaches just as bad or even worse some days. I called her again & now she wants me to head over to the ER so they can do a spinal blood patch.

Have any of you gotten one? If so, how was it? Did you have any side effects from it?
