Healthy meals/snack ideas!? What do you eat

I’m struggling to eat good and get exercise/movement in. That is probably the main cause of my quick weight gain during this pregnancy. I have such a bad craving for carbs and junk foods/sugars cookies chips etc😫 that’s mostly what I eat.

Can you ladies give me ideas of what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks ? :)
